Fire Personnel & Fire Marshal Training
The course is designed to make staff aware of the general actions to be taken in the event of a fire occurring in the workplace, how to raise the alarm and follow company procedures.

COURSE CONTENT:
- Fire Regulatory Reform Order 2005
- Duties under the Health & Safety at Work Act
- Employers / Employees Responsibilities
- Increase staff awareness, Precautions & Safety Measures
- Fire Alarms, Drills, Signs and means of escape
- Nature of Fire Triangle
- How to use a Fire extinguisher
- Fire assembly point and who to report to
DURATION: 3 hours
VENUE: Cardiff or Cwmbran
COURSE FEES: Group fee up to 10 persons in house £275.00 OR £65.00 pp (Including Fire Marshal Add on below)
EXAM FEES: No exam
1 HOUR ADD ON FOR “FIRE MARSHAL/WARDEN”
- Review of Fire plans & procedures to follow in the event of fire
- Procedures for alerting Fire service
- Evacuation carried out and recorded
- Debrief and review of evacuation
- Basic treatment of people affected by smoke
DURATION: 1 hour (add on to Fire Personnel)
