Current legislation now requires that all new door supervisors requiring their SIA licence are required to attend this one day accredited physical intervention course.

This qualification is aimed at Door Supervisors who wish to extend their skills to include knowledge of physical intervention skills in the workplace to be able to manage challenging, aggressive or violent behaviours.

• Physical Interventions and the legal and professional implications of their use
• Reducing the risk of harm when physical intervention skills are used
• Non aggressive physical skills
• Non pain-related standing holding and escorting techniques, including non-restrictive and restrictive skills
