• Co-operation with Emergency Services, Minimising Risks and Protecting the Scene.
• Casualty Management, Airway Problems, Suspected Spinal Damage
• CPR New Protocols and Explanation around changes
• Dealing effectively with internal and External Bleeding
• Recognition and Treatment of Shock
• General and Chemical Burns
• Eye wash treatment and specific requirements
• Decontamination
• End of Course Discussion
• Question Paper and Assessment
